How To Not Be Sleepy

Do you have a proper schedule for sleep? ( ‾́ ◡ ‾́ ) If not then try to create it. Sleep is like a  basic pill for human body. Human body starts jumbling if it doesn't get the required sleep. Here are some tips you can try to have good & productive days. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧



Go early to bed & try to fix the timing. o( ❛ᴗ❛ )o
Sleep before 12 am can avoid you from being sleepy in the morning.So,make sure you have done all your works before that.  (〃^▽^〃)  Sleep early and wake up early.I have done it before.i tried to wake up at 4.30 a.m and i didn't feel sleepy until the afternoon. (´。• ᵕ •。`)




Take a nap (◕‿◕)
Take a nap means you sleep for awhile about 15-20 mins.It helps you to refresh your body and doen't feel tired until night. ☆ω☆

Do some exercise  \(〇_o)/
I know that doing some physical exercise like jogging will make our body fees tired. 
╮(︶▽︶)╭ So what if we play some games like football,badminton and so on.It will be fun and you will not getting bored of it.if you do some evercise in the evening,it will make you feel tired and sleep early at night.And it'is good!  ⊃。•́‿•̀。)⊃




Drink a lot of water ( ̄▽ ̄)/
Must included one or two glasses of energetic drink.Because the sugar in that drink will become a store  of energy for your body.Don't forgot to drink some plenty of plain water! Make sure you have the mineral water where ever you go! (^0^)ノ

As for advice,just do ur work until u feel tired and go to sleep if u feel sleepy, even if u feel sleepy in between ur work .  (っಠ‿ಠ)っ
